  • We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier can not pick up the items from your side
  • in case of receiving wrong orders or a manufacturing fault, exchange will be done for free within 2-4 working days from the request.
